  • Orders Under 300€: A flat shipping fee of 10€ will be applied.

  • Orders 300€ and Over: Shipping is free of charge.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

1.4 Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

1.5 Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Italian law (Codice del Consumo), you have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason.

2.2 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., downloadable files).

2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day withdrawal period. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2.5 Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Timeframe: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of their return shipment, whichever is earlier.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.3 Deductions from Refunds: We may deduct from your refund an amount for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

5. Cancellations
